Ranch Pork Chop Sheet Pan Dinner
This ranch pork chop sheet pan dinner is a complete meal baked on a single pan that takes the traditional meat and potatoes pairing to a whole new level. It’s seasoned to perfection with a delicious blend of your favorite ranch flavors mixed with a little smoky spice for a meal your family will enjoy each and every time!
Meat and potatoes are almost always a magical menu combination.
Usually, I hear it referred to as ‘man food’.
So you can bet with 4 very hungry sons and an equally hungry husband that ‘man food’, aka meat and potatoes, is on our menu a lot.
While we love a good Pot Roast with Mashed Potatoes or Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes Au Gratin, we also don’t turn our noses up at Instant Pot Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes or even a classic burger and fries situation.
All the classic beef and potato combinations.
But why not add a little variety with some pork chops?
It’s the other white meat, after all, and we are all big fans of it.
Pair it with a spud all on one pan?
Winner, winner pork chop dinner!
Ingredients
To make this you’ll need:
- Pork chops– Boneless
- Potatoes– Small potatoes like baby potatoes or new potatoes
- Oil– Olive oil
- Ranch seasoning– The kind in the packet
- Spices– Smoked paprika, chili powder, dried oregano, salt and pepper
- Garnish (optional)– Chopped fresh parsley
How to Make
Like other sheet pan meals, the beauty of this pork chop sheet pan dinner with potatoes is just how easy it is to make!
To do it, arrange the pork chops on one side and the potatoes on the other side of a large sheet pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
Drizzle everything with the olive oil, tossing everything lightly to coat.
Then salt everything lightly, but liberally season with freshly cracked black pepper.
In a separate bowl, stir together the ranch, paprika, and chili powder until evenly combined.
Sprinkle the seasoning evenly out over both the meat and potatoes, pressing it into the pork chops to make sure it sticks.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
Let the pork chops rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Top with the parsley, if desired.
Serve and enjoy!
Serving Suggestions
While this is a complete meat and potatoes meal, you may want to try sneak a veggie or two in there.
I always pair this with a fresh side salad and a veggie.
Some of my favorite veggies to serve with this include:
Storing Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the oven until warmed through.
Tips and Tricks
- Make sure to press the seasoning into the pork chops.
