When the time is up, microwave the chopped almond bark in 30 second increments in a microwave safe bowl, stirring after each interval until it’s smooth.

Dip the brownie balls into the melted almond bark one at a time using two forks or a candy dipping scoop.

Let the excess chocolate drip off and set it back down on its flat side on the parchment paper.

Tips and Tricks

  • Do not dip all the brownie balls at once. You want to sprinkle the truffles while the chocolate is still wet.
  • When you are forming the balls, you may want to do it over a trash can or a lined tray to catch crumbs. It can be messy at the start.
  • The chocolate may drip off the sides of the truffles before it hardens and collect at the bottom. You can snap those pieces off for a cleaner presentation.
