Ingredients

  • 1 13 oz box cosmic brownies
  • 24 oz chocolate almond bark
  • 1/4 cup rainbow chip sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a tray with parchment paper and set aside. Open all the brownies and lay flat on the parchment paper, cut them in half.

  • Take one of the halves and squish and roll into a ball. You will have to squish and work it out for a few seconds until it starts to become formable. Once in a ball lay on the parchment paper. Repeat until all the balls are made. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Once the time is up in a large microwaveable safe bowl add the almond bark and melt and stir every 30 seconds. Set the bowl next to the tray and set the sprinkles close as well.

  • When you lift a ball up it should have a flat side on the bottom from sitting on the tray, make sure to set it back down on the flat side after dipping. Using two forks drop a ball into the chocolate and flip around gently with the forks, scrape any excess chocolate that’s falling and gently set back down on the parchment paper.
  • Immediately start sprinkling the sprinkles on top or carefully place them yourself one by one.
    1/4 cup rainbow chip sprinkles
  • Repeat the process with all the balls, making sure to dip then sprinkle.
  • Let harden and enjoy!

Notes

  • Do not dip all the brownie balls at once. You want to sprinkle the truffles while the chocolate is still wet.
  • When you are forming the balls, you may want to do it over a trash can or a lined tray to catch crumbs. It can be messy at the start.
  • The chocolate may drip off the sides of the truffles before it hardens and collect at the bottom. You can snap those pieces off for a cleaner presentation.
