- 4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup eggnog
- 4 gingersnap cookies
- whipped cream, for topping
- crumbled gingersnap cookies, for topping
To the bowl of a high powered blender, add the eggnog, ice cream, and cookies- in that order. Blend until smooth & creamy.
Pour the mixture out into prepared glasses. Top with whipped cream and crumbled ginger snaps. Add decorative straws, if using. Serve immediately.
