Creamy Caesar Dip With Bacon

I love a good dip at any party or gathering.

And you know what one of my favorites is?

A good creamy Caesar dip with bacon.

Let’s break it down.

You’ve got the classic chicken caesar combination with the chopped chicken and creamy Caesar dressing.

It’s all kicked up with tons of cripsy bacon, extra Italian seasoning, a creamy dip base, and cheese.

This dip will easily be the first thing finished at the party!

Ingredients

To make this you’ll need:

  • Chicken– Chopped rotisserie chicken works perfectly
  • Bacon– A whole pound of bacon (not thick cut) that you’ve cooked up crisp and crumbled
  • Cream cheese– Softened to room temperature
  • Mayonnaise– Real full fat mayo and not mayonnaise style dressing
  • Seasoning– Italian seasoning
  • Caesar dressing– The creamy kind and not the vinaigrette
  • Cheese– Shredded Parmesan

How to Make

This creamy Caesar dip with bacon is so easy to make!

Just mix all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer until they are evenly combined.

Then transfer the dip into an 8×8″ dish you’ve sprayed with nonstick spray.

Sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese over top of the dip.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

Serve warm with your favorite dippers.

Dipping Options

This dip pairs well with:

Storing Leftovers

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Reheat in an oven safe dish in a hot oven until warmed through.

  • Make sure to remove the skin and watch for bones when adding the chicken.
  • It helps the dip come together if you let the cream cheese come to room temperature first.
  • There’s not a ton of mayo in this but real mayo is essential. Mayonnaise style dressing have more of a tang and will change the flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 16 oz pkg bacon (not thick cut) cooked crisp & crumbled
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup creamy caesar dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese + more for garnish

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, blend the mixture together until evenly combined.
    2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken, 1 16 oz pkg bacon (not thick cut), 8 oz cream cheese, 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, 1 cup creamy caesar dressing, 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Spray an 8x8" dish with nonstick spray. Transfer the dip to the prepared dish and spread out in an even layer. Sprinkle some extra parmesan cheese evenly out overtop of the dish.
  • Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes, just until the dip's hot and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with your favorite assorted dipping options.
