Sririacha Honey Butter
- 2 sticks butter softened
- 2 tbsp honey
- 5-7 tsp Sriracha chili sauce less or more to taste
- 5-6 cloves garlic minced
- scant 1/8-1/4 tsp salt or to taste
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the softened butter, honey, sriracha, garlic, and salt until it's whipped and the ingredients evenly incorporated.
- Tear off a large sheet of syran wrap and spread it out on a clean work surface or countertop. Transfer the butter onto it, and gently overlay the syran wrap and roll it up to shape the butter into a cylinder. Twist both ends like you would a candy, and tuck any excess over/under when you put it in the refrigerator.
- After an hour, or when the butter has solidified it's ready to be sliced/used.
