How to Make
Making copycat Cheesecake Factory Buffalo Blasts at home is actually really easy.
It’s a recipe that requires more assembling than actual cooking.

Storing Leftovers
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat them in the air fryer or oven until they are warmed through.

Tips and Tricks
- Don’t overfill the wonton wrappers or the filling will leak out and the wrappers will break open during frying.
- Make sure to batch cook them. You don’t want to cook them all at once because this will lower the temperature of the oil and cause them to cook unevenly.
- Set the cooked batches on a paper towel lined plate or tray to drain the excess oil while you cook the other batches. Just tent them loosely with foil to keep them warm while you cook the rest.
