S’mores Fluff Salad
S’mores fluff salad is a sweet, creamy no bake dessert loaded with marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers for that classic campfire flavor in an easy dish. It is perfect for potlucks, parties, or a fun treat the whole family will love.

If your kids love s’mores but you can’t get outside to make the campfire treat or just don’t feel like dealing with a fire, then this s’mores fluff salad is for you.
It has all those the classic s’mores combo of chocolate, marshmallow and graham cracker.

But instead of being sandwiched between two graham crackers in a sticky, melty mess they are mixed into a creamy, fluffy dessert you can make inside.
It couldn’t be easier or any more delicious and is perfect for any summer get together or even a holiday gathering.

Ingredients
To make this you’ll need:
- Cream cheese– Softened
- Sugar– Powdered
- Heavy cream– Don’t substitute lower fat dairy here. You need the fat from the heavy cream to make it velvety and thick.
- Marshmallows– Mini
- Butter
- Vanilla extract– Real vanilla tastes better than imitation
- Pie crust– a 9″ graham cracker pie crust
- Hershey bars– Roughly chopped

How to Make
This s’mores fluff salad is so easy to make!
Just use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until the mixture is evenly combined.
Set it aside.
Then microwave the marshmallows and butter in a microwave safe bowl for 30 second intervals until everything is melted.
Scoop the melted marshmallow mixture into the bowl with the cream cheese mixture and beat everything together until it’s combined.
Beat in the vanilla and cream just until evenly combined.
Then turn up the speed to HIGH and beat everything together for 5 minutes.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.
After the cream cheese mixture has chilled, break the pie crust into small pieces and chop the chocolate bars.
Fold them into the cream cheese mixture until everything is incorporated.
Transfer to a serving dish, serve immediately, and enjoy!

Storing Leftovers
To store leftover s’mores fluff salad, cover it tightly with plastic or transfer it to an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator.
It will keep for about 3 days.
Keep in mind that the graham crackers will start to soften as it sits so it will loose some crunch but will still be yummy!
Before serving leftovers, give it a quick stir to fluff everything back up.

Tips and Tricks
- You can make this in the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment if you’d rather do that than use your hand mixer.
- Make sure to let the cream cheese soften to room temperature before you make this. It makes it so much easier to combine it with the powdered sugar.
- For extra texture, you can stir in some extra, unmelted mini marshmallows when you fold in the chopped chocolate.
- Don’t skip the chilling time. The fluff salad needs this time to set up and thicken.
