- 2 8 oz blocks cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 10 oz bag mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 9" graham cracker pie crust
- 3-4 Hershey's chocolate bars roughly chopped
Add the cream cheese and sugar to a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer beat together until evenly combined and the mixture's smooth & creamy. Set aside.
2 8 oz blocks cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar
Add the marshmallows and butter to a microwave safe bowl and heat at 30 second intervals until melted.

Transfer the melted marshmallows to the bowl with the cream cheese mixture. Blend together until evenly combined.
Add the vanilla and cream and mix, just until evenly combined, then up the speed to HIGH and blend together for 5 minutes.
2 cups heavy whipping cream, 2 tsp vanilla extract
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to chill.
Break the pie crust into small pieces and add them to the cream cheese mixture, along with the chopped chocolate pieces. Using a spatula fold them into the fluff mixture until evenly incorporated.

Transfer to a serving dish, serve immediately, and enjoy!
- You can make this in the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment if you'd rather do that than use your hand mixer.
- Make sure to let the cream cheese soften to room temperature before you make this. It makes it so much easier to combine it with the powdered sugar.
- For extra texture, you can stir in some extra, unmelted mini marshmallows when you fold in the chopped chocolate.
- Don't skip the chilling time. The fluff salad needs this time to set up and thicken.
