To make this, you’ll need:

How to Make

These smoked saltines are very easy to make.

To do it, add all of the ingredients except the crackers to a large mixing bowl and whisk them together.

Divide the crackers equally between two large ziplocking bags.

Then pour the spice mixture evenly out over both cracker filled bags.

Seal the bags tightly and lay them flat on a countertop.

Turn the bags over every hour, letting the marinate for at least 12 hours but up to a full day.

Once they have marinated, transfer them to a 9×13″ disposable aluminum pan (affiliate).

Wrap the pan tightly with foil.

Smoke the crackers at 225 for 2 hours with any wood chips you enjoy.

Serve them warm and enjoy!

Best Wood Chips for Smoked Crackers

You can really use any kind of wood chip you like, but the blend of barbecue ranch pairs very well with mesquite or hickory.

Storing leftovers

Store leftover smoked crackers in a sealed ziplocking bag on the counter for up to a week.

I guarantee that they will be gone before the week is up!
