No Bake Lemonade Pie
No bake lemonade pie is creamy, refreshing dessert that tastes like a slice of summer sunshine on a plate. This vintage dessert is a nostalgic crowd pleaser that’s quick and easy to make.
Nothing beats the summer heat quite like a cool, tart glass of lemonade.
I can’t think of anything better than sipping a glass under a shady tree.
Except maybe digging into a slice of this refreshing no bake lemonade pie.
We’re talking a creamy filling of lemonade concentrate, fluffy whipped topping, and silky sweetened condensed milk sitting in a graham cracker crust.
It’s oh so perfect for summer.
You’ll want to lick your plate clean!
What does lemonade pie taste like?
Lemonade pie is a creamy mixture of lemonade concentrate, sweetened condensed milk and whipped topping.
The result is a smooth lemonade taste with a texture sort of similar to soft serve.
If you like creamy lemonade or Chick Fil A’s frosted lemonade, you’ll love this pie!
Ingredients
To make this you’ll need:
- Graham cracker pie crust– I use storebought because there’s no shame in that and it’s what my Mama and my Grandma did, but you could use homemade graham cracker crust as well. Make sure you use 2 9″ crusts. Chill them.
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Frozen lemonade concentrate– Thaw it first
- Frozen whipped topping– Like Cool Whip. Thaw it.
- Garnish– Whipped cream and fresh lemon slices
How to Make
This no bake lemonade pie is so easy to make.
To do it, whisk together the condensed milk and the lemonade in a mixing bowl until they are evenly incorporated.
Then, gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture’s smooth & creamy.
Fill each chilled crust with half of the lemonade filling.
If needed, spread the filling with a spatula to smooth it out in the crust.
Refrigerate the pies and chill them for at least 12 hours, or until ready to serve.
Before serving, you can pipe dollops of whipped cream around the outer edge of each pie and top with lemon slices.
Serve immediately.
Enjoy!
Storing Leftovers
Store any leftover lemonade pie covered with plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Tips and Tricks
- This pie takes 12 hours in the fridge to set. Because of this, I make it the night before I want to serve it and pop it in the fridge when I’m done.
- Refrigerate the pie until you are ready to serve it. This pie thaws really quickly!
- The garnish is optional but really adds to the wow factor and makes a gorgeous presentation!
