Skip the coffee shop and enjoy your pumpkin spice lattes at home this fall with this Instant Pot pumpkin spice latte recipe. With all the cozy Fall flavors you love, you can have these delicious pumpkin spice lattes without ever leaving your house on a brisk Fall day for a fraction of the cost.

Do you go crazy for all things pumpkin and coffee? Can you not get enough of Starbucks’s pumpkin spice latte? I know, me either, but my wallet wants me to stay out of the coffee shop this time of year.

A small pumpkin spice latte is too expensive in the coffee shop to justify going for one every day. And let me tell you, I drink much more than one small cup of coffee per day. And this time of year, I like my coffee to be cozy and seasonal.

So why not make a pumpkin spice latte to enjoy at home with your pumpkin spice waffles or a warm slice of vanilla pudding pumpkin bread?

Instant Pot Pumpkin Spice Lattes- Coffee Shop Style Lattes at Home!

Fortunately for my wallet, the Instant Pot makes it so easy to make delicious pumpkin spice lattes in your house in less time than it would take you to hit the drive through at your nearest Starbucks.

From start to finish you can make 4 servings of coffee with this Instant Pot pumpkin spice latte recipe in just 15 minutes. And you don’t need to do anything fancy like steam milk. It’s simple, easy, and cost effective. Most importantly though? It’s delicious!

Real Pumpkin for Real Flavor!

Unlike a lot of coffee shop pumpkin drinks and pre-made pumpkin creamers, my homemade pumpkin spice lattes use real ingredients.

You’ll find actual pumpkin puree in this recipe and not a whole bunch of chemicals and syrups to make it taste like pumpkin. Why use fake stuff when the real deal is so readily available?

Customize Your Pumpkin Spice Latte!

While my Instant Pot pumpkin spice lattes give you a solid base recipe, you can always adjust it to suit your personal tastes far more than you can adjust it at the coffee shop.

At the coffee shop, generally the best you can do is ask for an extra shot of syrup or change up your milk. With my recipe you could adjust the sweetness and the amount of pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon to make it the best pumpkin spice latte you’ve ever tasted.

For example, if you like a really sweet coffee drink, feel free to add a little extra sugar. Like things less sweet but with more spice? Add an extra half teaspoon of pumpkin spice and decrease the sugar. The sky is the limit!

How to Make an Instant Pot Pumpkin Spice Latte

Making a pumpkin spice latte in your Instant Pot is so quick and easy!

First, add the milk and heavy cream to the liner of the of your Instant Pot. Then turn it on saute mode and cook the milk and cream mixture until bubbles start to form.

When you start to see bubbles forming, add the sugar and whisk it until it is dissolved. Next, add the coffee and the pumpkin puree and whisk until combined.

Once you’ve added the coffee and pumpkin, turn off saute mode and place the lid on the Instant Pot. Now set the pressure to high and the cook time for 5 minutes. Once the timer goes off, let it naturally release for 5 minutes before venting the remaining pressure.

When the lid is off, add the vanilla and mix to combine. Now you’re ready to serve it up and top it with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. It serves 4, but I won’t tell if you finish all of them yourself!

I’ve made this pumpkin spice latte recipe in both a 6 quart and an 8 quart Instant Pot. Either one works great, although the larger the pot, the longer it will take to come to pressure. Not a big deal, but wouldn’t want you to worry something was wrong. Let your pot do it’s thing and brew this batch of morning magic.
