We love going out to Taziki’s.

But of course feeding 6 people going out anywhere is expensive.

My wallet prefers when we satisfy our cravings for our favorites at home.

And with this copycat Taziki’s tomato chutney you can do just that!

Like Taziki’s tomato chutney, this copycat version creates less of a traditional chutney and more of an aioli style condiment.

It’s super delicious with almost any meat or spread on sandwiches!

Ingredients

To make this, you’ll need:

  • Honey
  • Roasted garlic– Either roast your own or buy a jar of roasted garlic.
  • Sun dried tomatoes– You can use either oil packed or the dry ones.
  • Olive oil
  • Mayonnaise– Real mayonnaise and not Miracle Whip or mayonnaise style dressing.
  • Chipotle pepper– The kind canned in adobo sauce. Finely chop it.
