S’mores Coffee Creamer
S’mores coffee creamer gives you gourmet coffee shop style taste right at home! No need to spend extra on fancy coffee drinks or store bought creamers when you can make a batch of this chocolate marshmallow goodness and treat yourself anytime.
One of my guilty pleasures is definitely coffee.
I start each day with a big steaming cup or three.
And, I am definitely guilty of grabbing a fancy drink when I’m out running errands.
I deserve treats right?
Right.
But I do grumble and feel really bad when I see how much my treats cost especially when I’m trying to be frugal and save money.
Which is basically all the time.
So rather than deprive myself of my favorite treats, I make myself some s’mores coffee creamer at home.
It’s the best of both worlds.
An indulgent chocolate marshmallow creamer that makes my coffee taste oh so fancy without it costing an arm and a leg.
Ingredients
To make this you’ll need:
- Sweetened condensed milk– Make sure you are using this and not evaporated milk
- Cocoa powder– The kind you would use to bake with.
- Flavorings– Ground cinnamon and vanilla extract
- Half and Half– You could use milk if you don’t have half and half on hand but half and half makes it creamier.
- Mini marshmallows
How to Make
This s’mores coffee creamer is so easy to make you’ll wonder why you ever bought store bought creamers or coffee shop coffees!
To make it, just whisk the condensed milk, cocoa powder, and cinnamon together in a medium saucepan set over medium low heat.
Once that’s nice and smooth, whisk in the half and half and vanilla.
Let the mixture heat until it steams, and then stir in the marshmallows until they melt.
Once the marshmallows fully melt and are incorporated, let the mixture cool and transfer it to a lidded jar.
Refrigerate and enjoy in in your coffee.
Storing
Store homemade creamer in a tightly sealed jar in the fridge for up to a week or so.
Tips and Tricks
- Shake the creamer well prior to each use.
- Don’t skip the cinnamon! It gives the hint of the graham cracker flavor for the smores combo.
- If you are using milk instead of half and half, try to choose a higher fat milk. Low fat milk just won’t give you the same creaminess.

Nutrition
Can you use heavy whipping cream or is that to thick?
You could use some heavy cream if you like it on the thicker side, but I wouldn’t completely replace the half and half with heavy cream because I’d be worried the consistency would be too thick.
