We put our smoker to good use.
It’s not just for meats, but we use it for all kinds of things.
And if you’ve never used it to smoke a potato, you are missing out, my friend.
We use it to make smoked baked potatoes all the time.
And then we turn those smoked baked potatoes into this delightful smoked potato salad.
It pairs so well with all your favorite barbecue mains like ribs, burgers, chicken, steak, brisket, and more!
