  • ¾ cup natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup water plus more as needed
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a large sauce pan over medium heat, add the coconut milk, peanut butter, water, sugar, apple cider vinegar, red curry paste, soy sauce and salt.
