How to Make

Monte Cristo breakfast bites are so easy to make.

Just stir together the ham, Swiss cheese, and honey mustard together in a small mixing bowl.

Season it with salt and pepper to taste.

Then cut the puff pastry into 12 even squares.

Press each square into the well of a muffin tin you’ve sprayed with nonstick spray.

Spoon the filling evenly into each cup.

Then make the egg wash by whisking the egg together with a tablespoon of water and brushing it over the edges of the pastry dough.

Bake at 425 for 15 to 18 minutes.

Serve warm and enjoy!
