Melting snowman dip is a delicious dessert dip you could serve all winter long. Perfect for holiday parties, everyone will love this easy treat!

I’m all about making easy treats instead of complicated goodies when I can, especially when they are as cute as this!

This is an easy no bake treat you can whip up in minutes.

It’s perfect for holiday parties or really any winter occasion since it’s snowman themed not Santa or something uniquely Christmas.

You could even break this out for a Christmas in July gathering.

Whenever you choose to serve it, it’s delicious and easy!

You’ll love making it almost as much as everyone will enjoy eating it.

Ingredients

You don’t need much for this dessert dip.

To make it you’ll need:

  • Cream cheese– Use the full fat kind for best flavor and make sure to let it soften on the counter first.
  • Sweetened condensed milk – no this is NOT the same as evaporated milk. If you can’t find it in your local store, we have a recipe for making it HERE.
  • Frozen whipped topping– Let it thaw prior to using.
  • Chocolate chips – either semi sweet or milk chocolate will both work in this sweet dessert dip.
  • Candy corn– The traditional orange, yellow and white kind to look like carrots.
  • Mini pretzel sticks– Make sure to use sticks instead of pretzel shaped pretzels to mimic snowman arms.

How to Make

This dip takes just a couple minutes to put together.

To make it, add the softened cream cheese and condensed milk to a large mixing bowl.

Whip them together with a hand mixer until they are smooth.

Then, fold in the thawed whipped topping with a spatula.

Once it’s combined, fold in the chocolate chips.

Now, you can cover the dip and refrigerate it until you are ready to serve it.

Just prior to serving, fold in the candy corn and then transfer the dip to a serving bowl.

Finish it by sticking the pretzel sticks into the dip so they are sticking out of the top at weird angles.

Serve with dippers of your choice and enjoy!

Dipper Ideas

You can serve this with any of your favorite sweet dippers.

Some of my favorites are:

  • graham crackers
  • apple slices
  • strawberries
  • pretzels
  • vanilla wafers
  • animal cookies
  • Teddy Grahams

Storing leftovers

You can keep leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Be aware that the candy corn colors will bleed into the dip though if you don’t eat it all right away.

Tips and Tricks

  • Make sure to let the cream cheese soften prior to making the dip.
  • For an extra little bit of flavor, mix a teaspoon of vanilla extract into the dip.
  • Don’t add the candy corn until ready to serve, otherwise the colors will bleed into the dip.
