I do suggest mixing veggies, a couple different kinds of cheese, a hard deli meat, and something salty like olives or even nuts. I like to tie it together with crackers and na’an bread or little pita wedges.

And of course you need to finish it with things to spread on the bread. I like a good southwest dip and of course a cheese ball. Both the dip and the cheese ball can be homemade or store bought. Whatever works for you.

Using a simple sheet pan, charcutterie snack trays don't have to be hard anymore to look gourmet but be easy to throw together.

Ingredients

  • Salami Slices
  • 2 Different Cheese Cubes or Slices ( I used Pepper Jack and Colby)
  • Assorted Veggies
  • 1 Package of Round Crackers
  • Southwest Vegetable Dip
  • Green and Black Olives
  • Naan bread cut into triangles, or use naan bread dippers
  • Make a Small Cheeseball, or use a small store bought one

Instructions

  • Start by arranging your bread down one side.
  • Lay down your cheeseball, and veggie dip.
  • Arrange your veggies and crackers around the cheeseball.
  • Arrange your meat and cheese on the opposite side, keeping them together.
  • Serve and enjoy!
