Ingredients
To make this you’ll need:
- Sweetened condensed milk– Not evaporated milk! You can use store bought or your own Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Milk or cream– You can use whatever variety of milk or milk you prefer including non dairy varieties. Just keep in mind that the your creamer will be creamier with a higher fat product like heavy cream.
- Pumpkin puree– Not pumpkin pie filling
- Maple syrup– For sweetening
- Flavorings– Pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract
How to Make
It couldn’t be any easier to make your own pumpkin spice coffee creamer.
This recipe requires absolutely no cooking at all!
To do it just add the condensed milk and regular milk or cream to a large jar, seal the jar, and shake them together until they are combined.
Once they are combined, open the jar and add the rest of the ingredients.
Seal the jar and shake it again until everything is combined.
Refrigerate and enjoy in your coffee!
Storing Homemade Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer
Store this right in the jar you made it in with the lid sealed for up to 7 days.
Before using it, just make sure to shake it first because it has a tendency to separate in the fridge.
Tips and Tricks
- You can repurpose an old creamer container, use a large jar, or use a separate jug for it. Just remember it needs to stay in the fridge, and be sealable, so make sure your container will fit and do NOT use a small mason jar, etc.
- Don’t like very sweet coffee but love pumpkin spice? Cut back on the amount of maple syrup.
- Shake the creamer before each use since it will separate.

- 1 3/4 cups milk or cream whole, lowfat, skim, almond, soy, heavy cream, half & half etc – whatever your preference, however the more fat, the more creaminess
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
