A Winter wonderland in a cup, these Jack Frost Frozen Winter Cocktails are the tastiest way to decompress from the stress of the season. Sip-able, shareable, incredible- it’s a sure showstopper that will impress any guests.

I may be only one week into Winter Break, but I can’t be the only parent who’s reached that point.

Ya know that point when you can’t kill your young, but you’re seriously wondering if it’s a viable option?

At least not when based on the consensus of my Mom friends. We’ve all been there. Shoot some of us are still there- Winter Break just started!!!!

Luckily, I’ve got a sweet cocktail, great neighbors, and a thick sherpa blanket to keep me company.

These Jack Frost Frozen Winter Cocktails to be exact, just in case you hadn’t already guessed.

This cocktail is a perfect way to whip an old favorite into a sip-able Winter Wonderland. It’s basically a chilly twist on a Blue Motorcycle.

Sweet, with a hint of Christmas, and a dash of tropical blended into the mix- these Jack Frost Frozen Winter Cocktails are the drink for the season.

Served in chilled glasses, rimmed with shredded coconut to resemble fresh snow, you’ll barely be able to wait to sink a straw into them and get to tastin’. Ya’ll I can’t even tell you the effort/self control/strength of will it took for me to get through this photo shoot without indulging.

They were that yummy! It was like a personal reflection on the definition of cruel & unusual punishment- but, I made it through. And now I’m sharing it with you. Luckily, you won’t face the same struggle.

Jack Frost Frozen Winter Cocktails

A holiday cocktail that embraces the bite of Winter, with sweet tropical notes to remind you of sweeter things.

Ingredients

  • corn syrup
  • shredded coconut
  • 7-8 cups ice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup blue curacao
  • 1/2 cup vodka or rum, depending on your preference
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut

Instructions

  • To a small flat plate, add a thin layer of corn syrup. On another plate, spread a layer of shredded coconut. Dip the rim of each glass in the corn starch and then press down into the coconut. Repeat for each glass you're using.
  • In a powerful blender, blend the ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka and cream of coconut until the mixture's completely smooth. Add more ice, depending on the desired consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared glasses, and serve immediately with a straw for sipping.
