Ingredients
To make this you’ll need:
- Cranberry sauce– Leftover jellied cranberry sauce is perfect
- Red onion– Peeled and diced
- Garlic– A fresh clove pressed
- Roma tomatoes– Seeded and diced
- Jalapeno pepper– Seeded and minced
- Lime– Juice and zest of half a lime
- Fresh cilantro leaves– Chopped
- Salt– To taste
How to Make
This cranberry salsa is so easy to make!
To do it, just add the cranberry sauce to a small mixing bowl.
Use an immersion blender to blend it until it is smooth.
Then stir in the remaining ingredients.
Let the salsa rest for 15 to 20 minutes to give the flavors a chance to come together.
Stir, serve, and enjoy!
