Garlicky Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza

Garlic chicken bacon ranch pizza is a fresh way to enjoy a store bought pizza dough. Creamy garlicky ranch sauce sits under cheese, chicken, and crumbled bacon make for a savory supper with everyone's favorite flavor combo!

Ingredients

  • 1 large pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved lengthwise

For The Garlic Ranch Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon chopped dried chives
  • 1/8 teaspoon dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried parsley
  • dash of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl combine all the ingredients to make the garlic-ranch sauce.
    2 Tbsp sour cream, 3 Tbsp mayonnaise, 2 1/2 Tbsp milk, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/8 teaspoon chopped, 1/8 teaspoon dill, 1/8 teaspoon dried parsley, dash of onion powder, Salt and pepper
  • Spread the sauce evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a 1/2 inch of ‘crust’ all the way around.

  • Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over top the sauce, then evenly spread the chicken, bacon, onion and tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 9-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • You can substitute store bought ranch dressing or dip for the homemade ranch sauce. If you do, to replicate the garlicky flavor of the homemade version, just add a 1/4 to 1/3 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • Make your life easy and shred or chop up rotisserie chicken to use in this.
  • You can skip the red onion and/or the tomato if those are flavors you  don't like.
