Add the eggs, flour, mayo, and seasonings to a shallow bowl. Whisk together until evenly combined, then set aside.
2 large eggs, 1 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, salt & pepper
Add the potato chip crumbs to a separate shallow bowl, and set aside.
1 13 oz bag plain kettle cooked potato chips
Working with one tender at a time, dip it in the egg mixture and turn to coat on all sides. Let the excess drip back into the bowl.
3 lbs chicken tenderloins
Transfer the chicken tender to the potato chip mixture, again turning to evenly coat on all sides, pressing in as needed. Transfer to a waiting plate and repeat until all the strips are done.
Spray the basket of an air fryer with nonstick spray, then add 5-6 prepared tenders to it without overcrowding them. Lightly spritz the top of the tenders with spray (optional, but recommended).
Air fry at 400° for 10-11 minutes, just until they're cooked through, crispy, and golden brown. Repeat until all are done.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
