- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup malted milk powder
- 1 cup malted milk balls slightly crushed
Add the cream to the bowl of a stand mixer. Whip it until stiff peaks have begun to perform, but careful not to over mix so it doesn't separate into butter.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk & the malt powder. Whisk them together until the mixture's smooth and evenly incorporated.
Take a third cup of the whipped cream and stir it into the malt mixture until it's evenly incorporated & smooth.
Transfer the malt mixture into the mixing bowl with whipped cream, stirring just until combined. Fold in the malt balls.
Use a spatuala to scrap the mixture into a metal loaf pan. Smooth the mixture out evenly into the pan.
Freeze 8 hours, or overnight. Let the ice cream rest at room temp for 3 minutes before scooping and serving. Return any remaining ice cream to the freezer until ready to use.
