- 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
- 1 pkg Ranch seasoning
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
- 2 cups sugar snap peas cut into thirds
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup celery chopped plus leaves (optional)
Pop the popcorn according to package instructions. Sprinkle 3-4 Tablespoons ranch seasoning over popcorn and toss to combine.
Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and mustard, and sugar into a large bowl and mix until combined.
Next, add in green onions, snap peas, shredded carrots, and celery and toss to combine in the mayo dressing.
Add the popcorn on top and gently fold into the mixture until completely coated.
Top with more shredded carrots and celery leaves if using and serve immediately.
