Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1 pkg Ranch seasoning
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas cut into thirds
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup celery chopped plus leaves (optional)

Instructions

  • Pop the popcorn according to package instructions. Sprinkle 3-4 Tablespoons ranch seasoning over popcorn and toss to combine.
  • Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and mustard, and sugar into a large bowl and mix until combined.
  • Next, add in green onions, snap peas, shredded carrots, and celery and toss to combine in the mayo dressing.
  • Add the popcorn on top and gently fold into the mixture until completely coated.
  • Top with more shredded carrots and celery leaves if using and serve immediately.
