Christmas Jello Cups
These red, white, and green layered jello cups are finished off with a sugared rim for a festive champagne flavored dessert guests can enjoy without totally overindulging.
- 1 family size pack of Cherry Jello
- 1 family size back of Lime Jello
- 1 can of Condensed Milk
- 1 box of Gelatin Mix
- 5 cups of Boiling Water
- 3 1/2 cups of Cold Water
- 2 cups of Champagne or Vodka optional
- Icing or Corn Syrup
- Muffin Tray
Start by Adding 2 cups of boiling water to your lime jello mix and stir well.
Next add 1 cup of cold water and 1 cup of Champagne, and stir well.
Fill each glass a third of the way, and place your glass in the muffin tin at an angle, as shown.
Once the jello has set, add one cup of boiling water to your condensed milk and stir until smooth.
Add 1/2 a cup of cold water to one packet of gelatin and mix well.
Combine your gelatin and condensed milk and fill each glass another third of the way.
Tilt at the opposite angel and let set.
Once your middle layer has set, repeat steps 1-3 with your cherry jello, and allow to set.
Cover the rim of each glass with icing or corn syrup and dip in sprinkles.
Serve and enjoy!
