A cold, creamy treat- this hybrid dessert is a mash up of easy no churn vanilla ice cream flecked with pieces of cozy apple crisp. It's a perfect way to enjoy something different during Fall, and a great way to savor some of those Fall flavors in a cool way in the hotter months.

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • apple crisp homemade or store bought
  • caramel syrup for topping

  • Pour the cream into the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat the cream on medium speed until stiff peaks form, roughly 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the condensed milk & vanilla extract.
  • Break the apple crisp up into small pieces, the smaller the better. Fold the apple crisp pieces, apple pieces included, into the condensed milk mixture.
  • Add the apple crisp mixture into the whipped cream, folding in until just evenly incorporated. Be careful not to over mix.
  • Pour the mixture into a metal loaf pan and freeze until frozen solid, or up to over night.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
