- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- apple crisp homemade or store bought
- caramel syrup for topping
Pour the cream into the bowl of a stand mixer. Beat the cream on medium speed until stiff peaks form, roughly 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the condensed milk & vanilla extract.
Break the apple crisp up into small pieces, the smaller the better. Fold the apple crisp pieces, apple pieces included, into the condensed milk mixture.
Add the apple crisp mixture into the whipped cream, folding in until just evenly incorporated. Be careful not to over mix.
Pour the mixture into a metal loaf pan and freeze until frozen solid, or up to over night.
Serve, and enjoy!
