Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes
Our favorite dessert dessert cake has been turned into a fluffy stack of delicious breakfast pancakes complete with sweet brown sugar caramelized pineapple rings and a maraschino cherry in the center of each cake. It's an indulgent breakfast and a real show topper to serve for a special brunch.

- 2 Eggs
- 2 oz. of Sifted Sugar
- 2 oz. of sifted Flour
- 1/2 a pint of Milk
- Pineapple Slices/Rings
- Maraschino cherries
- Brown Sugar
- 2 oz butter
- Start by beating your eggs. 
- Beat your butter until creamy and add in eggs. 
- Add in sugar and flour, and mix well. 
- Add in milk, and mix until smooth. 
- Pour 3/4 of a cup of pancake batter on your skillet or buttered plate. 
- Add one pineapple slice and one cherry to the top of batter as shown. 
- Sprinkle with brown sugar. 
- You can make them on the stove top in a greased skillet, or bake in a 325 oven for 20 minutes on a buttered plate. 
- If using a skillet flip after about 2 minutes. 
- Serve and enjoy!
