- 1 stick salted butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 1 sleeve full size saltine crackers
- pinch garlic powder

In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium low heat. Once melted, whisk in the seasonings until evenly incorporated. Remove the skillet from heat.
Using a fork, dip each cracker into the butter mixture, flipping to evenly coat, and then transfer them to a wire cooling rack set over a rimmed baking sheet. Continue until all the crackers have been used.
Bake the seasoned crackers at 275° for 20 minutes.
Remove the crackers from the oven, and let them cool before serving.
