Start by beating your eggs and sugar together for roughly 10 minutes, until nice and smooth.
4 Extra Large Eggs, 2 cups Sugar
Sift together your flour and cocoa and set aside.
3/4 cup Cocoa powder, 1/2 cup Flour
While continuing to mix, add your vanilla bean paste to your egg and sugar mixture. Followed by your flour and cocoa mixture.

Once everything is well combined, add in your melted butter slowly. Stop mixing once it’s combined.
2 stick Unsalted Butter
Pour mixture into a greased (with butter) casserole dish. Place your casserole dish in a larger dish and fill with hot water until half of your casserole dish is covered. This is called a water bath.

Bake at 325 degrees for one hour, then allow to cool.
Top with powdered sugar, and serve with ice cream. Enjoy!
