  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp black peppercorns crushed
  • 2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp dill seed
  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a small bowl.
2 tbsp paprika, 2 tbsp black peppercorns, 2 tbsp kosher salt, 2 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp ground coriander, 1 tbsp dill seed, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • Whisk together to evenly combine.
  • Use, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For steaks, a good rule of thumb is about 1 tablespoon of seasoning per pound of meat, adjusting to your taste.
  • Let the seasoning sit on the meat for 15 to 30 minutes before cooking so the flavors have time to penetrate the surface.
  • This recipe makes about 3/4 cup of seasoning.
  • The beauty of homemade spice blends is you can adjust any of the seasonings to suit your exact tastes.
