Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp dried minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 2 tsp coarse salt

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk them together until evenly combined.
2 tbsp poppy seeds, 1 tbsp white sesame seeds, 1 tbsp black sesame seeds, 1 tbsp dried minced garlic, 1 tbsp dried minced onion, 2 tsp coarse salt
  • Use and enjoy!

Notes

  • I recommend only making what you think you can use within 6 months. The seasoning will take awhile to go bad but the sesame seeds will lose flavor the longer they sit.
  • Adjust this to suit your tastes.
  • Coarse salt is a must. This won't work with regular, fine table salt.
