Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 - 4 tsp water as needed

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a medium mixing bowl, except for the water. Add 1 tbsp of water and whisk it all together until evenly combined & smooth.
1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp paprika, 2 tsp seasoned rice vinegar, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 - 4 tsp water
  • Add more water, if needed, to thin the sauce to your desired consistency- if needed.
  • Cover and chill for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.

Notes

  • Add the water a little bit at a time so you are sure the sauce will be the right consistency. Adding too much at once can lead to sauce that is too thin.
  • Give the sauce a taste before serving and adjust the seasonings as needed.
  • Let the sauce rest in the fridge. It needs the time for all the flavors to meld.
