Funfetti Cake Milkshake
A cream milkshake is a classic Summer dessert, and staple recipe in any parent's repertoire. Wow your family with this easy funfetti cake version that doubles as a delicious way to cool off on warm Summer evenings. Infused with nostalgic flavor from your favorite childhood cake mix, and finished off with a bright rainbow sprinkle finish- it's a perfect treat for the whole family!

- 2 cups vanilla ice cream slightly softened
- 1/3 cup milk little less for a thicker milkshake, or a little more a thinner one
- 1/4 cup funfetti cake mix
- rainbow sprinkles for garnish
Add all of the ingredients, except the sprinkles, to a high powered blender. Cover and blend until it's smooth & creamy.
2 cups vanilla ice cream, 1/3 cup milk, 1/4 cup funfetti cake mix
Pour the mixture into two small glasses, or one large one.
Top with sprinkles, serve, and enjoy!

- You can use any vanilla ice cream in this recipe, name brand or store brand. Quality isn't as important since the added flavors are going to cover up the taste of the original ice cream anyway.
- If the finishes milkshake is too thick for your taste, you can thin it by blending in a little bit of extra milk. Be careful not to be too heavy handed with the pour though, because a little goes a long way here.
- Like your milkshakes topped with a generous dollop of whipped cream? Feel free to top these with whipped cream, and even a maraschino cherry if you'd like. Just be sure to finish them off with a rainbow sprinkle finish.
- This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled if you're serving a larger group.
