Chick Fil A Chicken Salad (Copycat Recipe)

Copycat Chick Fil A chicken salad tastes just like the fast food favorite! These creamy, savory but slightly sweet chicken salad is super easy to make and makes for satisfying sandwiches and wraps.

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups diced rotisserie chicken
  • 2 stalks celery, diced do not mince
  • 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
  • heaping 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 large hard boiled eggs cooled, peeled, and diced

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir everything together until evenly combined.
    3 1/2 cups diced rotisserie chicken, 2 stalks celery, diced, 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish, heaping 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 large hard boiled eggs
  • Serve on soft white bread as sandwiches, and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use a food processor is you prefer your chicken salad less chunky.
  • For an even more authentic Chick Fil A chicken salad, you can make this salad with grilled chicken breast.
  • Do not use Miracle Whip or mayonnaise style dressing. These are tangier than actual real mayo and will change the taste.
