Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients, except the oil, to a small mixing bowl. Using an immersion blender, or whisk, blend until well combined.
1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1/3 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup honey, 1 tsp worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Continue blending, slowly adding in the oil, until it's all been evenly incorporated.
    2/3 cup canola oil
  • Cover and chill the dressing for 1 hour.
  • Whisk well to recombine, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Don't have an immersion blender and feel like whisking isn't doing the trick? Blend the dressing in your blender.
  • Make sure to let the dressing sit in the fridge prior to serving. It needs the chill time for the flavors to come together.
  • Give it a taste prior to serving and adjust the seasonings as needed.
