Creamy Bacon Horseradish Dip
Creamy bacon horseradish dip is a crowd pleasing party appetizer for any get together. A rich sour cream and mayonnaise base get laced with smoky, salty bacon and plenty of attitude from horseradish. You can never go wrong with this one!

- 8 oz bacon strips cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- sliced green onions optional, for garnish
Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder and salt in a medium bowl, stirring until evenly combined.

Stir in the cooled bacon.
8 oz bacon strips
Refrigerate (covered) until chilled, about 3-4 hours.
Top with green onions, and bacon crumbles- if desired, before serving.

- Don't skip the chilling time! This is what lets the dip thicken so it doesn't slide right off your dippers.
- You can adjust the amount of horseradish depending on how much zip you want the dip to have.
- The garnish is optional but makes a very pretty presentation.
