- 2-3 cups frozen peas thawed
- 1 lb bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup small cheddar cheese cubes
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, & soy sauce.
1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tbsp + 1 tsp white vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, salt & pepper, 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/8 tsp soy sauce
Add in the peas, bacon, onion, and cheese. Gently toss until everything's evenly combined.
2-3 cups frozen peas, 1 lb bacon, 1/4 cup red onion, 1/2 cup small cheddar cheese cubes
Chill for at least one hour before serving.
- Want to make it even meatier? Add some cubed cooked ham as well.
