- 32 oz frozen meatballs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 20 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 cup beef broth
- pinch seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp gravy master
Bake the meatballs according to the package directions.

While the meatballs are cooking, start the gravy by adding the butter to a large skillet set over medium heat. When it's melted, stir in the mushrooms and cook until they've softened and excess liquid has evaporated.

Add the flour to the skillet, and stir to combine. Cook for 60 seconds to cook off the 'floury' taste.

Add the broth to the skillet, one cup at a time, whisking until completely combined.

Add the seasonings, stir to combine, and let the gravy simmer for 10 minutes to thicken.

Add the cooked meatballs to the skillet and stir to combine with gravy.
