Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp roasted garlic
  • 2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo finely diced
  • tsp minced raisins
  • pinch smoked salt
  • freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients, except the olive oil, to a small mixing bowl.
1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp roasted garlic, 2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 chipotle pepper in adobo, pinch smoked salt, freshly cracked black pepper
  • Vigorously whisk the mixture together, until evenly combined and smooth.
  • Add the olive oil, and whip again until evenly incorporated.
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can serve this chutney warm like a traditional chutney or chill it and serve it more like an aioli.
  • Prefer things on the smoother side? You can puree the mixture using an immersion blender, or add all of the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Don't have smoked salt? Use regular.
