The Best Buffalo Chicken Dip

The best buffalo chicken dip is a classic spicy dip in a cream base. Always a hit at parties, this dip is perfect for dunking anything from chips and pretzels to veggie sticks and slices.

Ingredients

  • 2 12.5 oz cans chunk chicken breast drained
  • 12 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2/3 cup hot sauce Frank's brand for best results
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese + more for topping

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip together until evenly combined.
  • Transfer to a lightly greased baking dish, and spread out in an even layer.
  • Top with a small sprinkle of extra shredded cheddar in an even layer.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping options.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, use finely chopped fresh cauliflower in place of the chicken.
  • Want it cheesier? You can use a blend of half mozzarella and half cheddar!
  • Like things on the spicier side? Drizzle with hot sauce before serving, add in some extra sauce to the mix, or add 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper to the mix.
