The best buffalo chicken dip is a classic spicy dip in a cream base. Always a hit at parties, this dip is perfect for dunking anything from chips and pretzels to veggie sticks and slices.

- 2 12.5 oz cans chunk chicken breast drained
- 12 oz cream cheese softened
- 2/3 cup hot sauce Frank's brand for best results
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese + more for topping
Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, whip together until evenly combined.
Transfer to a lightly greased baking dish, and spread out in an even layer.
Top with a small sprinkle of extra shredded cheddar in an even layer.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping options.
- For a vegetarian option, use finely chopped fresh cauliflower in place of the chicken.
- Want it cheesier? You can use a blend of half mozzarella and half cheddar!
