Copycat Taco Bell nacho fries give you the taste of the fast food classic right at home. These homemade fries feature perfectly seasoned potatoes, tangy cheese sauce and zesty salsa ketchup.

Ingredients

For The French Fries

  • 1 lb potatoes cut into ¼” strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons powdered cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

For The Cheese Sauce

  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon taco sauce
  • 2 teaspoons powdered cheese

For The Salsa Ketchup

  • 3 tablespoons salsa
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Make sure potatoes have been rinsed and dried, then toss with olive oil
  • In a small bowl, stir together powdered cheese, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and salt, then sprinkle over fries and toss to coat
  • Pour fries onto a baking sheet and spread out as best as possible, then bake in preheated oven 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through
  • While potatoes are cooking, mix together the ingredients for the sauces - cheese sauce can be enjoyed warm or cold
