Apple Pie Cupcakes

Apple pie cupcakes are beautiful spin on an old classic dessert. Box mix gets infused with cinnamon and stuffed with filling for a treat you'll love!

  • 1 box of white cake mix
  • eggs water, etc required on the back of the box to make said cake mix
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 can 22 oz apple pie filling
  • whipped cream or ice cream, for topping


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  • Make cupcake batter according to the package directions. Add in the cinnamon, mixing to evenly incorporate.
  • Chop apple pie filling into bite sized pieces.
  • Add 3 tbsp of cakes batter to each cupcake liner. Place one heaping tablespoon of pie filling on top of the batter in each cupcake liner.
  • Bake 18-20 minutes.
  • Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
