Dijon Mustard Glazed Baked Salmon

Tender oven baked salmon filets are glazed in a lightly seasoned Dijon mustard spread with fresh parsley. It's a healthy seafood entree that can easily be paired with a variety of simple side dishes turning it into a flavorful meal you can feel good about enjoying and serving.

  • 4-6 1/4 lb salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Place salmon on the pan and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, combine parsley, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, vegetable oil, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste and mix together.
  • Coat the top of each salmon fillet with the mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Serve. & enjoy!
