Dijon Mustard Glazed Baked Salmon

Dijon mustard salmon is an easy elegant meal quick enough to serve on any weeknight but fancy feeling enough for any special occasion. Tangy dijon mustard and bright lemon juice bring tons of flavor to this rich fish dinner!

Ingredients

  • 4-6 1/4 lb salmon fillets
  • 2 1/2 - 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Place salmon on the pan and set aside.
    4-6 1/4 lb salmon fillets
  • In a small bowl, combine parsley, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, vegetable oil, minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste and mix together.
    2 1/2 - 3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1/4 cup Dijon mustard, 3 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 3 cloves garlic, salt and pepper
  • Coat the top of each salmon fillet with the mixture and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Serve. & enjoy!

Notes

  • If you're using frozen salmon filets, make sure they’re completely thawed before proceeding with the recipe as written.
  • Similarly, you can use skin on or skin off salmon. That’s totally up to personal preference.
  • If you can't find skinless salmon at the grocer and don't want the skin on, take the filet to the seafood counter. Most of the time, they will remove the skin for you.
  • For best results I recommend using a garlic press for the garlic cloves, instead of trying to finely mince them with a knife.
