Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad

This creamy buffalo style chicken salad, featuring a little zesty ranch dressing, is easy to throw together using chopped or pulled leftover chicken.

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken chopped
  • 3 stalks celery thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste


  • Add all of the dry ingredients to a medium sized mixing bowl. Toss them together to evenly combine.
  • Pour in the ranch dressing & buffalo sauce. Stir until evenly combined and everything's well coated.
  • Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to chill before serving.
