Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad
This creamy buffalo style chicken salad, featuring a little zesty ranch dressing, is easy to throw together using chopped or pulled leftover chicken.

- 2 cups rotisserie chicken chopped
- 3 stalks celery thinly sliced
- 3 green onions thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
Add all of the dry ingredients to a medium sized mixing bowl. Toss them together to evenly combine.
Pour in the ranch dressing & buffalo sauce. Stir until evenly combined and everything's well coated.
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to chill before serving.
