Fluffy pancakes are sweetened like shortcake, studded with strawberries and topped with a strawberry glaze, fresh fruit, and a dollop of whipped cream. It's a hearty breakfast that tastes just like the classic Spring dessert.

  • 2 and 1/3 cup of Flour
  • 1/4 cup of Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of Baking Powder
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of Salt
  • 1/3 cup of Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 and 1/2 cups of Milk
  • Strawberries diced
  • Strawberry Ice Cream Topping heated up
  • Whipped Topping


  • Start by combining flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add in oil, eggs, and milk.
  • Blended until smooth.
  • Heat of a skillet and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Pour batter into skillet, desired size of pancake.
  • Cook until top begins to bubble, and then flip your pancake.
  • Cook other side of pancake evenly.
  • Top pancake with diced strawberries, ice cream topping, and whipped topping.
  • Serve and enjoy.
