To Make The Meatloaf
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, pepperoncini juice, eggs, gravy mix and ranch mix until well combined.
2 lbs ground beef, ½ cup italian breadcrumbs, ½ cup milk, ¼ cup pepperoncini juice, 2 large eggs, 1 packet gravy mix, 1 packet ranch mix
Shape into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread ¼ cup of gravy over the surface of the meatloaf, then bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until completely cooked through (165 F)
Pour more gravy on top of the cooked meatloaf, and serve the extra gravy on the side.
- Don't skip the milk in the meatloaf. It tenderizes the ground beef.
- You don't need to cover the meatloaf when you are cooking it. Letting it cook uncovered will help the gravy thicken up and caramelize on the meatloaf.
- You don't need to worry about adding any other seasoning to the meatloaf. The gravy packet, ranch packet, and pepperoncini juice make the meatloaf zesty, a touch spicy, and perfectly salted.
