Instant Pot Kielbasa Potatoes & Smoked Sausage

Throw a handful of simple ingredients into the pot, and end up with a savory meal like this Instant Pot kielbasa, potatoes, and green beans. - 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage thinly sliced into coins
- 2 lbs fresh green beans trimmed
- 1 1/2 lbs little potatoes washed
- 2 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- freshly cracked black pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp butter
Add the chicken broth into the pot.
Add the prepared sausage, green beans, and potatoes to the pot.
Sprinkle the spices evenly out over top. Using a sturdy spoon, give everything a gentle toss to evenly combine.
Cut the butter into thin slices and layer them evenly out over top of the mixture.
Add the lid, closing to secure, and set the vent to the sealed position. Hit the manual/pressure cook butter and set it to 5 minutes.
When the timer is up, let the pot naturally pressure release for 3 minutes. Then carefully open the valve to quick release any remaining steam/pressure.
Carefully remove the lid, and serve using a slotted spoon.
